This schedule indicates the exercises in the MWF In-class Stress Management course. You obviously are not required to attend these sessions, but if you wish, you may selectively attend a limited number of sessions. You may come to the classroom for assistance ANY day  the in-class course sections does not have a formal meeting day scheduled.

The aqua-colored boxes and/or red lettered assignments indicate due dates for REQUIRED assignments.. The green colored boxes indicate a notification/warning about an assignment.
